About the Video Series


Adviser Investments’ six-part series on financial literacy aims to prepare you for a successful and long retirement from the NEA. Each video is about 30 minutes to one hour long and includes key action items to consider for your financial plan, along with a questions and answers at the end of each session.

JonPaul McBride, CFP®, ECA
Financial Planner

JonPaul joined Adviser Investments in 2019 as a financial planner. He began his career as a trust administrator with Cumberland Trust in Nashville, TN, and previously worked in wealth services at Daintree Advisors and North American Management in Boston. JonPaul graduated from Yale University, where he studied history. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2017. JonPaul lives in Westwood, MA, with his wife, daughter and cockapoo, and he enjoys history podcasts, hiking and cooking.

Diana Linn, CFP®
Account Manager, Financial Planner

As an account manager and financial planner, Diana is responsible for maintaining client relationships, recommending suitable investment strategies and developing tailored financial plans. Prior to joining Adviser Investments in 2016, Diana worked on the client service teams at Income Research + Management and Windhaven Investments. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in biology and chemistry, and she earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2020. Diana is an avid runner and teaches group fitness classes in her spare time.
