Adviser Investments: America’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

Adviser Investments Named Among America’s ‘Best and Brightest Companies to Work For’

January 7, 2021

Adviser Investments is pleased to announce that it was named one of the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation®” for 2020 by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

According to the NABR, this award “celebrates achievement and success in empowering employees’ lives through rich heritage and culture. These traits distinguish the ‘Best & Brightest’ and empower winning companies to excel.”

Adviser Investments’ completed a survey for the NABR that placed the firm into consideration. Among the items highlighted therein were Adviser Investments’ ongoing commitment to professional growth and continuing education, profit-sharing contributions to employees’ 401(k) plans, wellness programs, highly competitive benefits packages and community service initiatives.

Adviser Investments is committed to developing next-generation leadership by asking management-track employees to participate in a structured mentor program, under which employees partner with a senior team member to benefit from internal and external coaching and have the opportunity to tackle a high-visibility leadership project and present results to the firm’s founders.

The firm also devotes significant time and resources to our employees’ physical and emotional well-being via stress management, fitness and nutritional training, meditation workshops, self-defense instruction and more. Likewise, we respect our employees’ commitment to philanthropic endeavors and support this outreach with matching contributions, an open forum to share chosen causes and paid volunteer time. This priority is further supported by the ongoing efforts of our volunteer committee, Adviser Cares outreach program and Women in Wealth Management Initiative.

The NABR survey process was audited, designed, and scored by Inquisium, a market research firm. The criteria are determined annually, based on market conditions and trends and applied throughout the country. To ensure that the selection of winners is pure and unbiased, the NABR’s research firm has no interaction with the administration of the event.
